At IBM iX, I led experience strategy and multidisciplinary teams, translating behavioural insights into prioritised opportunities and scalable product direction.

Improvement in user retention through research and iterative design.

My leadership remit

I led teams across complex engagements and helped establish a regional design practice, recruiting senior designers and managers, clarifying ownership and mentoring teams across geographies.

Bringing research into delivery

Behavioural research, customer journey mapping, rapid usability testing and hypothesis-driven design sprints were embedded in iterative product cycles. The focus was on turning insight into decisions teams could test and refine.

Raising the quality bar

I built cross-platform Design Language Systems and data-visualisation patterns, alongside design critique practices that improved consistency and craft quality.

Role-level outcome reported in my résumé. This snapshot does not attribute the result to a named client or imply the same result across every engagement.

Project-specific evidence and client case-study materials will be added as the portfolio develops.
